Terms for Publishers

These Terms for Publishers (“Terms”) govern your participation in the OfferGenz CPA network as an affiliate or publisher. By signing up and promoting offers, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to become a publisher with OfferGenz. 1.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update your account as needed. 1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately to OfferGenz.

2. Compliance with Laws and OfferGenz Policies

2.1 Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. 2.2 OfferGenz Policies: You must adhere to all OfferGenz policies, including ethical marketing practices, and refrain from using prohibited promotional methods.

3. Promotional Methods

3.1 Approved Methods: You are permitted to promote offers via approved methods such as:

• Content-based websites
• Social media
• Email marketing (subject to legal opt-in requirements)
• Paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

3.2 Prohibited Methods: The following methods are strictly prohibited:

• Spam (email, SMS, or social media spam)
• Fraudulent activities (e.g., cookie stuffing, fake leads)
• Misleading or deceptive ads
• Use of unauthorized or illegal traffic sources (e.g., bot traffic)

4. Quality and Validity of Leads

4.1 Lead Validation: Leads generated through your promotions must be legitimate and verifiable. Fake or fraudulent leads will result in non-payment or deductions. 4.2 OfferGenz Right to Audit: OfferGenz reserves the right to audit your traffic and leads for compliance with quality standards. If suspicious activity is detected, we may withhold payments and terminate your account.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule: Payments will be made on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis, provided that you meet the minimum payout threshold. 5.2 Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is [insert amount]. 7. Termination of Account

7.1 Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting OfferGenz. 7.2 Termination by OfferGenz: OfferGenz reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical activities. 7.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any unpaid earnings may be forfeited if your account was terminated due to fraudulent or prohibited activities.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Confidential Information: As a publisher, you may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to advertiser offers, campaigns, and proprietary data. You agree not to disclose this information to any third party. 8.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement: Your participation as a publisher implies a non-disclosure agreement for all confidential information obtained from OfferGenz.

9. Liability Limitation

OfferGenz will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation as a publisher. You agree to indemnify and hold OfferGenz harmless from any legal claims or liabilities resulting from your actions or promotional methods.

10. Amendments

OfferGenz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued participation after the changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
